Create an account and sign in

Joining is free. Go to Join, enter your name, email, date of birth and a password, accept the terms and choose Create account. We then ask you to confirm your email and answer five quick questions so we can place your level.

Create your account

1. Open Join. 2. Enter your full name, your email, your date of birth and a password of at least 10 characters. 3. Tick that you agree to the terms and privacy policy. 4. Choose Create account.

You need to be 16 or over to have an account. We keep your date of birth to check your age for features that are for adults only, and it is not shown to other players. If you joined before we asked, we ask once the next time you sign in.

If you were sent a referral code, add it under Have a referral code? so your friend gets their points. If you see Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, you can use those instead of a password. We then ask for your date of birth before we create the account.

Sometimes, while we run a closed beta, joining from some countries needs an invite code. When it does, the join page shows an Invite code box. Enter the code from your invite.

Confirm your email

We email you a link to confirm your address. You can browse and plan straight away, but booking, paying and messaging wait until you click it. See confirm your email address.

Set up your profile

Next you answer five questions about how long and how often you play, and the shots you use. They place you on our 0 to 7 scale, and your level then moves with every match you record. You also choose your side, playing hand, home airport, the languages you play in and how you like to travel. Choose Finish and go to my home page when you are done. You get 100 Rally points as a welcome.

Sign in

Open Sign in and enter your email and password. Tick Keep me signed in on this device on a device only you use. You can also choose Sign in with a passkey once you have added a passkey.

Depending on your account, we may then ask for a second step, such as a code we email you. See sign-in codes by email.
