Cancel your membership
Cancel any time on the Membership page. You keep your benefits until the period you paid for ends, then move to Free. Bookings, trips and points stay.

You can cancel Premium or Premium Pro at any time. You keep everything until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
How to cancel
1. Open Membership. 2. Choose Cancel membership. 3. Confirm with Cancel at the end of this month.
The page then shows Cancelled and the date your benefits end. If you cancel during a free trial, you pay nothing.
Changed your mind?
Until the end date, choose Keep my membership on the same page. It carries on and renews as before.
What happens when your plan ends
On the end date your account moves to Free:
- The 5% court service fee applies to new bookings. - Free limits apply, such as the Video lab allowances and 1 fare alert. - Your bookings, trips, points and past analyses all stay. - Extra match analyses you bought stay until they expire.
Bookings you already made keep the price you paid.

If Apple or Google bills you, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. See paying through the app stores.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the current period. If you first subscribed on the website in the last 14 days, our membership terms give you the right to cancel and get back your first payment, less the days you used. The Membership page then shows Changed your mind?: choose Cancel and get a refund. Your membership ends straight away, your account moves to Free and the refund goes back to your card. This applies to Premium and Premium Pro, not to Coach Pro or Club Plus, which are bought for a business.
A switch that was waiting
If you had a move to a cheaper plan waiting for your renewal, cancelling clears it.
