Book a coach video review

You book a review from the video itself. Only you can send your own videos for review.

Booking

1. Open the video in your Video lab. 2. Find the Get a coach review panel. It lists coaches who offer video reviews, with your own coach first. 3. Choose Ask for next to the coach you want. The button shows their price. 4. Pay at checkout. We hold the booking for 10 minutes while you pay.

Once payment goes through:

- The review is due three days later. - The coach is added to your video so they can watch it, add notes and draw on it. - The coach gets an email and a notification.

The panel then says the coach is reviewing your video and when their report is due.

Things to know

- One review at a time per video. You cannot book a second review on a video while one is on the way. - The panel only shows coaches offering reviews. If you see no panel, no coach currently offers video reviews. You can still share the video with your coach for free. - Analyse it first if you can, so the coach has the AI report too.

Paying

Video reviews go through the normal checkout and are paid to the coach. If the coach does not deliver, you are refunded in full. See refunds for video reviews.
