Book a place at an event or camp

Camps, tournaments, clinics and socials are listed in Events. You can book places and pay in one go, and your place is confirmed straight away.

Book your place

1. Open the event and choose to book. 2. Set how many places you want, up to 4 or the places left if fewer. 3. For a tournament, add your Partner name. Tournaments are played in fixed pairs. 4. Add any Notes for the organiser, such as dietary needs or racket hire. 5. Pay with Pay :amount and book.

You get a booking reference and a ticket in Bookings, and you earn Rally Points on what you pay.

Splitting the cost

Booking more than one place? Choose Split the cost and add the people you are booking for, one for each extra place. You pay your share now and each of them gets a link to pay theirs, just like a split court booking.

Wallet credit

Switch on Use wallet credit first to spend your wallet balance before your card.

Full events

If an event is full, the page says so. Pick another date from the events page.

Corporate and group days

Corporate events are booked by enquiry. Use Enquire, tell the organiser your group size, dates and budget, and they reply by email.

Changing or cancelling

You can cancel your places from the booking page in Bookings until the event starts. The organiser's cancellation terms are shown before you pay and kept on your booking. If the organiser has not set any, you get a full refund 7 days or more before the event starts and 50% after that. See cancelling a booking. To change a booking, contact us with your booking reference.
