Block or report someone

If someone is bothering you, you can block them, report them, or both. Both are on the website.

Blocking

Open the player's profile, choose the More button (three dots), then Block followed by their name, and confirm. Once you block someone:

- neither of you can send new direct messages to the other - they cannot open your profile - they cannot join games you host - you will not be suggested to each other as partners - any follows between you are removed

They are not told that you blocked them. To see everyone you have blocked, or to unblock someone, open Settings, Blocked players. You can also unblock from their profile. See what happens when you block someone for what they can still see.

Reporting

You can report anything members post or list: a player, a message sent to you, a group or group post, a feed post or comment, a game, a match moment, a noticeboard post, a review, or a club, place or coach listing. Under What is wrong? choose the closest reason:

- Abuse, bullying or hate - Sexual content or unwanted advances - Spam, scams or selling - Fake profile, review or result - False or misleading listing - Private information or filming without consent - Misusing a women-only space - Did not turn up - Copyright or other rights - Someone may be unsafe or at risk - Illegal content - Something else

You only see the reasons that fit what you are reporting. Add a short note under Anything we should know? and choose Send report. Our moderation team reviews reports and can remove content, warn the person or suspend the account. We do not tell the other person who reported them, and we let you know the outcome. When to contact us directly

If you are in danger, contact the local emergency services first.

For anything urgent about a booking, a coach or a club, or something you cannot report with a button, open a ticket with the category Account and privacy and attach the booking if there is one. Ticket replies come in your ticket thread, and we notify you when we reply.
